Hopefully Nokia will fix this. Another annoyance in the N95 is that you can't turn the shutter sound off. That is just idiotic. I was at a christening recently and the shutter sounds really got old fast. It would also be nice if I could set the amount of JPG compression myself and for the camera to remember my settings, scenes, exposure compensation and so on. All these things are basic stuff on a real digital camera.
I've had the N95 for the past two years now and I'm getting the N97 as soon as my provider gets it in stock.
One thing that is annoying with Nokia's camera is that you can't turn auto focus off, like on some Sony/Ericssons.
Auto focus is only needed when doing really close up photography, otherwise it doesn't do anything. The sensor/format is so small, everything will be in focus from a foot to infinity at all times. Auto focus will only slow you down and make sure you can actually miss focus.
