I'm quite agree that he may get the code since NunnaIly can see her memories by touching but I think that he get the code from C.C.(didn't shown us) after he won the Flelia war and rule the world,if not how he still having his geass after his father's death?

Just C.C. didn't suicide yet afterward i guess.

Mean Flelia war end-->C.C. gave him her code during the 2 month between after war and Lelouch's death --> Lelouch killed by Suzaki.

What im saying is...Lelouch might get the code from his father,not C.C...."Code only active after the geass user that receive code are dead" this what my assumption so that explained why lelouch still can use geass after his father.

@FairyGotTaiL He didn't loose his geass because he didn't received the code from the same person who gave him the geass. If C.C. gave him his code he would be alone once she would eventually die so she wouldn't have any reason to say that geass didn't made him a lonely person.

But I heard that this year there will be a new seoson. But it will be with different heroes.

well i think that he is alive because C.C seems very happy ( or at least she dosn't seem sad which she would if he had died because that was her only reason for living). She said so that during the Flelia war at least, and lelouch was a great strategic so i think he would figure out a way for him to kkep on living so he could live on with C.C. The only thing that bugs me is that Suzaku is crying when he stabs lelouch. But i hope he didn't know of his finaly plan :)
