My Experience with Donating Plasma

I worked at a Biolife Plasma Center for over a year (today was my last day), but this is not normal at all for you to get that sick (should have contacted the center if u really did). Eat a full protein carb meal before you go in and also drink half your body weight in ounces 24-48 hrs before you go in. If you do not do this this will happen to you every time, but depends on each person. I am gonna donate on monday :) I am nervous and i know the ins and outs of the whole process haha

I did contact the center, and the nurses there were nice and made sure I did eventually get better.

I've never been in the situation where I had to donate for money to kind of live off (When I say that I mean I personally, not my family and I), so I don't really "know" how rough it is, but I can imagine how hard it must be. I can not give blood but i have been give blood and plasma to save my life, so thankyou to everyone that donates there blood and plasma as with out people doing this i would not be here.
