This "commissioner" thinks he is Commissar Warren. Having seen the video of the DSS meeting in question, the Lady adding an item to the agenda was not "out of order and disruptive". Anyone who disagrees with the Commissar is labeled "racist". His interpretation of rules and wielding of authority make him unfit to govern at any level. How on earth did he get elected???
