Take a guess at approximately what percentage of video game players enjoy the Franchise Mode in pro football simulation Madden NFL?
Try roughly 90%. Shocked? So were developers at Electronic Arts' Tiburon studio.
"We expected 95% of people or more for a exhibition game or to play each online," says senior designer Josh Looman. "But we never really expected that that many people played the offline franchise mode, which is awesome."
How the fuck did the SR Designer just find this out in 2012?

I love it when you are done playing NCAA Road to Glory. RTG was insane and way fun to play, but when you decide to go the NFL and be drafted, the gameplay changes dramatically. Your player went from a 99 overall to a stinkin' 45 overall or something like that. It's terrible. You throw interceptions almost every play. Fumble all the time. Its not Madden 10 Superstar Mode at all. Thanks for butchering one of the top played modes in the game EA!
