@SnowbirdFlock She looks like a sophisticated, sultry woman who's the wife or mistress of a rich man, but she doesn't look necessarily airheaded in this commercial. I think that that's why they let her have glasses on. That look in her eyes looks too...knowing and knowledgeable. She looks like a 'carefully made' choice of a rich man who wants a young sexy wife who isn't so dumb, easy & airheaded as to offend his rich friend's wives.

Wow, I have not seen this since '83. I was six years old and this commercial used to creep me out. Something about that song and the way the model looks at the camera. I love YouTube!

@The096757 No, Bardot was not the singer, though she did release an album or two of French pop songs back in the sixties. I doubt the woman in the video is the singer either, though I don't know that for sure. Maybe I'll try HighwayCinema's suggestion and try to track down the production company and ad agency for the commercials. That might reveal the identity of the jingle songstress.

that' s why i thought maybe brigette bardot sang this song. i want to see the women who actually sings this song and hear the entire radio commerical that contained this this particular version of this song that was aired on radio from about 1978 to 1982.

i guess it is possible the woman in this video sang the song being heard here?
