  • Hoff pulled it off! I must say (he's not Wagner or Cuccioli) he did an amazing thing here...from a talking car to a bathing suit to Broadway...A great performance.

  • I love how he's going on with all that psychology crap and she's like... uh huh.... yup, yeah... sure...

  • Coleen was only 20 in this while david hasselhoff was 49 o_O

  • I love Hoff as Jekyll and Hyde, and was surprised to see him be this good of a singer, but seriously... He did not do "This is the Moment" justice at all. He took way too many liberties with the melody for my taste.

  • Hoff's acting isn't too shabby, and he can definitely hold a tune, not arguing. But any long note he sings (of which there are a lot in this song) makes me cringe. Every one except the last one, surprisingly. The excessive vibrato... nnngh.

  • I know this is a Broadway production but for a show based in England, let alone London, absolutely none of the characters try a British accent, I know how badly that can go but at least they could try

  • ...I've been told that I can sing "This is the Moment" much better than David...And I do it while playing the piano and without bashing my head like it's a heavy metal song...just saying :X

  • @harbortea Haha! He'd be amazing!

  • This Is the Moment sounds a bit like Hugh Jackman's opening number to Oscars a couple of years ago... Did the Oscars "inspire" themselves here?

  • Remember when you're hating on Hoff (not that I'm arguing - he's definitely not my favorite...) that he was the one that allowed this production to be filmed. It was his financing that did it all. So, we owe him props for that.
