Your restpause also took 20 sec longer. This is not dc training. It's ur own modification.

Wish i found DC sooner, i had been traing 5 years and got pritty big, but as soon as i started DC my body (like ol dante says) became a human furnace, a muscle building fat burning machine, im never going back to my old styles of training again

not a classical rest pause but is rest pause variation (hypertrophy oriented ) ,please stop that bullshit of the Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Modern Body Building,it has nothing about "modern" and is not a good book to read if u want the truth about getting big
