They've got a range of new products aimed at individuals and businesses. Today we're looking at the Drobo S and the Drobo Pro.

That;s a fair question. I can't answer it - you'd have to ask them. But my guess is that they're a small company who can't handle a lot of direct customer enquiries. So like many small but successful companies they put up forums and FAQs to head off as much as they can. It's just a guess, though. I don't work for Drobo and I'm not paid by them. I just like and use their products.

I am/was interested in buying the new FS model but have 2 questions so i went to the homepage but i dont find a way to contact anyone.

I live in Sweden so the phone numbers is not a option as none is English speaking,

The create account require a serial-number which i dont have.

Why is it impossible to send questions to the company?

This reason alone make me hesitate buying the product really.
