From 2010's PhotoWalkthrough coverage of the Focus On Imaging show in Birmingham, UK. We return once again to visit our old friends Drobo who've not been ile for the last year. • That;s a fair question. I can't answer it - you'd have to ask them. But my guess is that they're a small company who can't handle a lot of direct customer enquiries. So like many small but successful companies they put up forums and FAQs to head off as much as they can. It's just a guess, though. I don't work for Drobo and I'm not paid by them. I just like and use their products.

  • I am/was interested in buying the new FS model but have 2 questions so i went to the homepage but i dont find a way to contact anyone.

I live in Sweden so the phone numbers is not a option as none is English speaking,

The create account require a serial-number which i dont have.

Why is it impossible to send questions to the company?

This reason alone make me hesitate buying the product really.
