I believe there is a hellcat on the mountain also. Google military aircraft wreck sites in Calif. With a little internet recon you can find these airplanes. I used to find these in the seventies and eighties before the internet. It's easier now with the net. Don't take anything or disturb the site, it's usually somebodys burial spot!!

I found the other engine at a different site..... I believe one of the pilots is still alive and living in florida

It is on Mt.Tam, Marin County. It is not publicly marked, and is protected by the MMWD Rangers. It IS marked on a few trail maps however. There are two up there, was a mid-air. There are a couple of other crash sites on the mountain as well.
