I Love Tea

Thanks to Shanti & Karla Kay, I'm now obsessed with hot tea. I've always loved ice tea, sweet, of course. (A requirement here in the South.) I've never cared much for the hot version but now I'm loving them.

I still add Sweet-&-Low to most. I know that a lot of people are anti artificial sweetners. I have heard both sides of the arguments, so please don't waste your time preaching to me how it is bad for me & all that. If you do, I'll delete the comment. I don't mean to be mean but I don't like being lectured to. :)

GO GIRL my mother and i actually lost a huge load of weight on tea we are actually both in size 14 which was cool cuz i watched this video...then i was like wow we're not the only ones...

Thanks for your comment. I haven't actually lost my weight because of tea. I've done it by eating better & less & working out more, however, tea is a great way to treat myself when I want something nice or something other than water.

green teas are so nummy LoL i used to drink a ton a pop but now i found a better and cheaper alternative that  tasted better and doesnt have high fructose corn syrup in it :) my favorite tea ever is the full leaf tazo zen its amazing :)

i love sweet tea and after what I heard about soda I stop drinking it or drink it rarely now !
