  • Nah, I wouldn't worry about it if I were you man; you definitely pulled that...you just may have not gotten a down command in a meet. But I say by all means bring that grip up.

    @flashman81 His form looked perfectly fine to me. His upper back obviously had some flexion in it (to be expected with big pulls), but if you look closer his lower back is staying in very good alignment.
