@slaidification And, this is a kid's show... yeah, it happens a lot in the comic book industry for writers who don't know jack about a character to be assigned to write books about such characters, since comic books don't sell that well and the market is supersaturated with writers, but you would expect the people of Hollywood to get people who know who Venom is to write him into a script for the second most successful superhero movie franchise of all time(in monetary value at least)

@ROCKBOTTOM11368 Dude, they had to adapt stuff, the 90's also adapted a lot of stuff, you know, changing the "killing" of carnage to absorbing life energy or just plain injuring. Also, not really wrong, as this story is a renewed version for younger audiences who(just like me) didn't experience all of spidey history(dude is from 1965) which has suffered retcons and is just better for the show to make it anew. Also, its scripted by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, the original creators of Spidey.

this cartoon of spiderman is good , but they got some of the story wrong , some of the stuff is made up , and they made the mistake of not killing some of the villians or putting some away , thats why after a while to many villians makes this cartoon stupid . . . the orginal cartoon will always be the best =] but its nice to see new versions of spiderman hopefully the new spiderman with drake bell will be better
