@19myself91 The forehead that wrinkles is mushy due to the frontalis muscle that is lax. In Week Six your forehead will begin to tighten so that lines are less apparent.

Where do I get the whole regimen? I want to try the whole thing, but I don't know where to go to buy the gloves or a book that shows all the exercises and how to do them? I found one book on amazon, but it doesn't show the exercises! help!

I stumbled on this vid because I sometimes look for extra exercises to supplement with (variation for muscles is good) and I have to say, for all the skeptics out there, facial exercises absolutely work! I began doing them last year, a month after my 40th bday. A couple months later a definite difference was seen especially in photos. Been doing them a year now. People are shocked when I tell them I have a 20-yr-old son. I get hit on by 25 yr-olds because they think i'm only like 30! HA!

Hello, how many times in a row do you we need to repeat this exercise? do we need to do it twice a day (in the nornings and evenings)? is it enough to do just once a day?

I'm a 19 year old male too, with a thin wrinkle under each eye. They are quite deep. When i stretch the skin slightly they disappear. What tips do you have for getting rid of them?
PS... Ms. Rowland, when i do this particular exercise , I feel it in my eyes, upper eyelids to be exact, is this supposed to work the forehead, the eyebrows or the eyes? (or all). I like your energy and exercises and might get your program to supplement what I have already! Thanks!

@hikeandbiketampabay this exercise will lift the brow and begin to firm certain areas of your forehead. It’s when you use the entire program that the best results are achieved!

wait if you did this for ..maybe 10 minutes would that be too much or would that be the equivalent to more days doing this?

@ohhamburgersbutters Too much too soon…We are strength building small muscles with deliberate anchoring and gentle resistance. Use all eighteen exercises for the best results; the process takes only minutes each day for the nine week training. Each exercise requires 35 seconds – five seconds for the first contraction, then ten seconds for the next three repetitions. Close your eyes at the 7th second. Seconds for each exercise, not minutes…
