  • I just finished like 2 minutes ago great work out i feel sexy and like i had a really good work out it was fun i try to do it everyday this month to see what results i get at the end. if i dont get a slimmer tummy at lest i will have a sexy dance:) but i know i will have both thanks so so so for posting

  • I don't feel really exausted from this BUT it was real fun! I was so suprised when following parts started to load, because I didn't realise that 8 or 9 min just passed by! :p I'm looking forward some results - I tried this video today ;)

  • this was fantastic! I was trying to switch up my routine, by not always doing jazzercise videos, so I decided to try this, and it was definately a different yet amazing workout! :)

  • I think the 'cardio' title for this was wrong, but that doesn't make this less effective.

    I'm a bellydancer and have been for many years of my life; I rarely break a sweat while practicing, but my muscles feel it if I'm doing the movements correctly.

    Remember to tuck your abdomen and hold it. Even squeeze it - like in pilates - sometimes to give a little extra something. This is muscle toning, not fat burning. There is a big difference and both are beneficial.
