or the second solution is to widen up the highways and interstate, or build highways for cars only, highways for Trucks only, and highways for bus only, and make the airport bigger and build more runways, and hire more airline pilot, which still cost over $100 Billion, either way there no solution to avoid $100 Billion speeding tickets, but the only solution for California is to deport people out of california and don't let any one move into state of california.
