the method im going to tell u worked for me but i dont no if it will wor for u. try it anyways
1. go to system sound events
2. on on RECORDING at the top tab
3. enable STERO MIX
4. and disable MICROPHONE
at anytime if you want to record ur voice and not speakers just
enable microphone and disable steromix
