  • I presume the original were scrolls & not books.

    Thank you 4 sharing. ; )

  • @rwcbanzai I guess so too. Many ancient masterpieces are printed in book form; we also have "duplicate scrolls" in original sizes (usually they cost more than pages and books.) I have more painting duplicate scrolls than calligraphy - high fidelity almost as true as the original work.

  • @artvirtue I believe historically they originally put them on bamboo rolls like in the Movie "Hero" or Art of Warfare by SunTzu, I'm sure your works are like paintings until they become framed 4 display. I have several Asian Caligraphy on display2, have no idea what they say.. ; )

  • @rwcbanzai In the past, we used bamboo rolls, Xuan and other paper, and silk. The early manuscripts of Lao Tze's Dao De Jin have several copies of calligraphy on bamboo roll.

You may try the forum at chinapage. They might translate your calligraphy scrolls.

  • Will you have more of this coming?

  • @ebooksnet Yes. Thank you.
