I have a friend who has been a drug and alcohol professional for over 20 years. His opinion has been to legalize it and tax it.

Pretty amazing how drinking has been legal; since the repeal of probition and thousands of people have been injured or died as the result of drinking and driving. Big difference in this and The Real Drug problems we have in Missouri with all the deadly Meth labs. Sadly to say it's all still about the money.
