Stopped watching at 6:53. I've seen enough of this guy to see that he's NOT a good open field tackler, doesn't have good ball skills, and prefers to either throw his body for a big hit or uses arm tackles which doesn't bring ball carriers down. He's also very undisciplined in his play in terms of late hits. He does seem to read the plays well and shows up in the right spots. And he can run with receivers. I think he has the tools to be a good CB in the NFL.

I highly doubt that. He's a safety, they wear down quick in football. He be wise to take the money now. QBs CB's ect can stay a senior year, but running backs and safeties have to go early. They take too many hits to be school loyal. Be foolish for him to risk it.

Elam is projected to go with the Niners but man, he has to clean up his unnecessary roughness calls. Every video Ive seen he's slammed people out of bounds. He'll be huge penalty machine if he doesnt clean that up. He also needs to learn to wrap up the player he's tackling. In so many cases guys are just bouncing off him. I love his hard hitting abilities, his aggressive plays. He plays to the whistle and beyond but man, he's be both a penalty liability and missed tackle problem.
