"You know what," I said. "Yeah, I'd love to."

He told me to stand outside and wait for him, so I did. A few minutes later, he came up and stood beside me. "So.. tell me about your ex-boyfriend."

"Um, well, we were going to get married." Well, there's a little of the truth.

"So what went wrong?"

"I felt like I was being tortured. All the wedding stuff was everywhere I went or looked. I couldn't take it. I had all this pressure on me to make decisions that I didn't care about. My mom, my best friend, and even my cousin who I hadn't seen in three years, they were all driving me crazy. I couldn't take it anymore!" I actually screamed that last part because the emotions of the past two months overtook me.

"Whoa, whoa. It's okay. It's over now, right? You have nothing to worry about." He was so nice. What kind of guy just stands there while a psychotic girl he just met unloads all this onto him.

"Yeah... sorry."

"So how'd you do it?"

"Do what?"

"You know, end it."

"Oh, um, well I sat Mark down and told him, you know, how I felt and that I needed a break. That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard from him since."

"That's rough. But at least you were civil." A few seconds of silence passed and then he said, "So what do you like to do?"

What do I like to do? To be honest, I haven't done anything than work on school, graduation, and the wedding... Who has time for doing things they like? I didn't know how to respond or what to respond with so I said, "I don't know."

"You don't know? You don't know what you like to do? What kind of person doesn't know what they like to do? What kind of person am I to let this person go through life without knowing what they like? C'mon." He grabbed my hand and towed me to the parking lot.

"Where are we doing?!" I screeched with a laugh.

"Somewhere, anywhere!" he said, and then stopped and turned to me. "We're going to do so many things that by the end of the day, you're not going to know which thing you like doing the MOST."
