1.When Evan confronted June about his “suspicions” at this point he was not close to Jordan nor was he involved in the trips which meant that he was not even in a position to suspect anything.
2.Michael had a lawyer intervene after knowledge of Evans craziness through his lawyer Barry Rothman. Evan never officially ACCUSED Michael of anything until a private meeting.

@thecruisingcars was cleared of every single charge. He was not a pedophile and it is as simple as that. The man was 50 when he passed away and in that time not a single scrap of evidence was found that could prove he had ever done anything wrong by a child. The FBI investigated him for nearly 20 years and ended up closing the case. there was simply nothing there. Being a sex criminal is a serious thing and it leaves a trace. 50 years is too long to leave no evidence behind - he was innocent!!!

@thecruisingcars saying that if Michael did not give him the money, he was going to destroy his life and Michael would have "nothing left". It is clear he was hell-bent on hurting Michael, more than he was actually concerned for Jordie's welfare. Michael was convinced to settle out of court which is a move he regretted later as he could see that in some people's eyes it made him look guilty. @thecruisingcars psychiatrists have said that far from the drug being a "truth serum" as once thought, it is actually known to implant false memories into the unconscious. Evan submitted Jordie to a line of questioning under the influence of this drug and then took that to be "evidence" of Michael's guilt - a an extremely irresponsible and reckless thing to do - both to his son and to Michael Jackson. He was playing with people's lives and he knew it, which is why he can be heard on tapes

@thecruisingcars going to the correct authorities and waiting for the the law to run its course, but instead he made a holy show of proceedings and all for the purpose of destroying Michael's public reputation. It was revenge. They way he extracted the "confession" out of his son was extremely unorthodox. He was a dentist and administered the mind-bending drug sodium amytal to Jordie while extracting a tooth. Other dentists have said that the use of this drug is unheard of in dentistry and

Not to mention the fact that Evan Chandler was a lower tier script writer and producer and wanted Michael to help fund his next movie which Michael was reluctant to do. When Evan accused Michael of being a "pedophile", it was out of revenge more than out of a genuine desire to protect his son. Evan Chandler secretly knew that Michael Jackson had not molested his son. He had suspected it at one point but had asked Jordie many times to explain what was going on and Jordie seemed to have nothing to explain.
