Back in 1990 we made a professional club theory video. Apart from the Production Company this was completely "home grown". It was produced and narrated by Mick Hearn the techniques were all performed by Debbie Monkcom and Philip Pearce. Both Debbie in 1988 and Philip in 1990 had been voted as the local news papers (The Clacton Gazette) Young Sports Person of the Year. The two pieces of incidental music used on the video was composed by Mark Pearce, performed by Mark Pearce and Rhion Davies.

Thanks, I see what you mean now. It just passes so quickly when watching on a video clip. The other thing I wondered about was @ 30 sec that it looks like he landed on the top of the foot instead of the ball.

hes not doing his rolling breakfalls correctly , he is crossing his legs, you should stand on your feet at the same time.

no affence or anything he dosnt hit hard and he isnt lifting his body up when he does front he is jumping smally when he is doing back break fall and the rolling he is hitting the ground hard and he isnt rolling back and forth when he does the side and back break fall and on the back he isnt putting his chin to his chest
but other than them he's ok not great but ok
