SANDY BEACH SHORE BREAK surf session

Sunday morning and its a great day to hit the beach, but some of these body surfers may not have known they would hit the beach so hard.
Waves are at a solid 2-3 feet with winds helping to sculpt a galssy face.

okay im canadian ive gone to sandy multiple times, ive watched crazy local kids bodyboard boogie board etc in the barrels at sandy, they fucking crash on the kids and they pop out behind the wave... how the hell does one go about turning into a wave safely? i CAN NOT do it... are you supposed to just take a breath and get tossed around for 15 seconds????
