The history of the Austin Police Dept. is that they are notoriously known for shooting and killing...usually after some so called altercation...and as always...justifiable...the kid was asleep and startled when the cop tried to wake him.

On this audio the cop claims there was a struggle but if you listen carefully no struggle occurred...he just overreacted and killed a kid..and also injured an unarmed person in the car attempting to flee the shooting.

Lesson learned? If you're a criminal sleeping in a car in a parking lot in the middle of the night, with a gun, you might get shot. Enough with blaming the police!
