One Arm Pole Dancing... lol

http://www.studioveena.com/?svr=youtube_one So I have an injured bicep....Stepped on one of my sons razor scooters while carrying my baby in his car seat!! With the car seat hung over my arm I lifted it straight up when I knew I was falling so my little one wouldn't fall to the ground...I ended up hurting my bicep and shoulder. I hadn't danced for 2 weeks so I was going crazy from just sitting around and HAD to dance.
I don't need the elbow support, its just there as a reminder NOT to use my bicep while I dance.
