This song really could make my working spirit sky high...now it become my habit listen to this song before going for work.....it will be wonderful and perfect if someone who has it could feature the original version of this video.....Thanks and God Bless You....a truly great effort master piece of NPD song by Clement Chow. Older versions of NDP Theme songs like this have very meaningful lyrics and can be evergreens. As for the newer ones since 2005 are only suitable for the younger gens which you just listen and later forgot you have ever heard of them before...very sad...

One of my all time favourites, get goosebumps everytime listening to it especially if its sung by Clement Chow. His voice and distinctive Singaporean style can inject very strong emotions, passion and spirit into all Singaporeans that make them feel proud of their own country and countrymen.

Probably the only surviving copy of the original MV back in 1986, available for public viewing, is in the Lee Kong Chian Reference Library. Find "National Songs (7.7.88)", RSING English 782.421599 NAT. Someone needs to find a way to make it available on Youtube!! Oh, and yes, I shall not talk about GE here. :)
