love ur video, QUEstion: what's the recommended brand of live probiotic powder/kefir grains we should put into our coconut kefir mix?
-
Actually you want to leave some headroom at the top to avoid explosion due to CO2 produced in the process! I wouldn't use powdered sachet either. Just use grains which last forever.

Why would you wanna use something like Hydrox....something something chemical!? I boild or steam all of my equipment.

When i saw the first part i thought it was an amateur porn. :D
Can i use packaged coconut water? (its organic and i think even raw)
-
can you use regular kefir grains?

Young thai coconuts are SO expensive around where I live. I've heard you can make apple juice (raw and organic of course!) kefir, is that true? Since I live in Washington State it would be much easier and cheaper for me to get apples/apple juice. :)
I love your vids and I'm slowly catching up!

With real Kefir grains there is no need to heat up the water. Starters seem to be just a way to get money. Kefir grains last forever when taken care of properly.

Hmmmm, this is not how I would make coconut kefir personally. The sachets are fine for limited batches of Kefir. But the proper way to do coconut kefir would be to use "water kefir" crystals and you can reuse them indefinetly. Also be careful when fermenting with the lid on tight. It will carbonate the drink (make it slightly fizzy), but if you've got a very active mixture the pressure can build up and blow the top off.
