To sell more books, establish dealers--they have existing customers.
When you sell more books, you can print in larger quantities--and get a lower, per-unit price.
So you reach more people, get your books for less and make more money.
Then, support your dealers. Drive customers to them.
When they realize your book's popularity, they will sell harder for you.
