U of M is home to Holmes

The University of Minnesota is home to the largest collection of artifacts related to Sherlock Holmes in the world. The collections, which include a replica 221B Baker Street Room, are housed in Wilson Library on the university campus. The collections feature many items that focus on Holmes as a cultural icon - including many original manuscripts as written by Arthur Conan Doyle, original Strand Magazines and items that were mentioned in the stories. The 221B room and collections are open to the public.
