@katerinatsar ,Most of what I know on Buddhism was self tought,no teacher,no master

lots of reading ,and I tried deep throat chanting.without a teacher.What danger can there be? Please tell me.I know that the first time I tried it .It was quite an experience.

Fear creates stress,creates limits on what one can do .One must conquer himself.

Meaning conquering his limitations ,his deficiencies,his fears.

Some need a Master ,others do .

To those whom are not accustomed to deep throat chanting this may sound boring ,but the

Om ,when sung is the word containing the most powerfull vibrations in this world.Also all the

instruments are pure Tibetan.This is a fantasting upload.Thank you rootsdubman.This is Tibetan chanting at it's best.Great moment of listening.To those whom are nor familiar with

deep throath chanting,try it at home.See how difficult it is.
