VERSAILLES, Ind. (WKRC) -- Indiana State Police hope advances in forensic technology can help them solve a decades old crime. 65-year-old Donald Elmo Quinlan was found dead at his home in Cedar Grove in 1981. Police hope new witness information, coupled with advanced technology, can help them learn who killed Quinlan. Anyone with information can contact the Indiana state police, Versailles District.
