Some of these comments are retarded. The idea isn't to be like Jordan, or that he's some kind of superhuman. He's telling you that he worked hard to get to where he is - He wasn't born a legend, he became a legend. As he says in his video, "maybe you're just making excuses" - Which is exactly what you are. You can become anything you want in this life as long as you work hard enough for it - That's all he's trying to tell you. Work hard and you'll be rewarded.

I agree. I loved watching MJ when I was growing up. But I never wanted to be like him - I wanted to be like my dad, who paid the bills, taught me how to work hard and be respectful and give back to my community. You're on point: real, authentic and good men, who don't make excuses in order to raise their family, are more integral to community than a celebrity basketball player who is a legend on the court and miserable off it. Our culture subsists on celebs - but not me. Gimme my dad all day.
