  • I think he means "Hamstrings in the back of your leg." Not hamstrings in your back.

    Regardless, this is a pretty basic and not very effective stretching routine for the legs, especially as the majority of proper running should be accomplished with the glutes and hip flexors, not the quads/hams/calves.
