This combined Psychiatric-Piano presentation into "The Mind and Music of Chopin," was performed as a benefit for the Castine, Maine Historical Society in 1996. About 90 minutes in length, Professor of Piano at the University of Utah, Janet Mann, and her husband, Psychiatrist Michael A. Kalm, M.D. explore Chopin's psyche, his struggles, his triumphs through his life and music. Although the video and audio are far from first rate, the performance is definitely watchable and listenable.
