The TT driver was hitting all the apexes and the R8 driver wasn't. Switch drivers or run back-to-back trials with the same driver. Still...the TT RS isn't a bad car!!

The R8 V10, one of the best V10 engines in history... nuff said...

They should have switched cars to be more through with the test.

Cause of understeer in more comes from the chassis, TT is transverse front engine and use same platform as A3 and VW Golf, R8 is mid-engine, it has nothing to do with it.

@hunghuge12 Its not about the chassis, its about the Quattro system, the R8s quattro is buit to be as fast as possible, the one in the TT is built to keep you off the crash barriers, like any other audi model, therefore it understeers.

@Impactintact101 Doesn't matter. The TT can't handle the power it's got as he found out with a load of understeer. Add more power and the chassis set up has to be more stable for the higher available speeds so you get even more understeer. It's a crap chassis and always has been from the very first model.
