In this video, I am making Beef Madras.
If you're following Slimming World, this is free on Extra & Original.
You will need:
Fry Light
1 chopped onion
4 Whole Cloves
6 Cardamom Pods
2 Fresh red chillies deseeded and finely chopped. (or use some chilli powder or puree)
1 tsp Peeled & Grated Ginger (or ground ginger powder)
2 Garlic Cloves, peeled & crushed (or 2tsp garlic puree)
1 tbsp Curry Powder
908g (2lb) Casserole Beef or Chopped Braising Stake
2 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Cumin
250ml (10 fl oz) Beef Stock
A Bit of Salt
