. . . and the Elephant Room strategy gets more confusing every time he makes a statement. Here he insists rather dogmatically that all participants, non-Trinitarians included, should be embraced as true brethren.

"We're gonna be gettin' some Brothers together. . . Coming together like BROTHERS do. . . . We're gonna act like brothers."

  • @cosgonz The prosperity gospel in it's self is heresy enough, the modelism is a heresy that was identified as such over a thousand years ago.We can't call everyone brother who says the word Jesus a few times in their sermons. The Bible tells the church to"MARK" heretics and to protect the flock from the wolves and to call these wolves by name as Paul did.T.D.Jakes is a known heretic by Biblical standards not by someone who just might have a problem with his looks or some other fleshly thing.

  • By the way, did any of you folks even go to the Elepahnt Room? How can any of you profess a statement that TD Jakes is not a brother. The only basis we have to come close to judging a mans heart is stated in Matthew 7:15-20, which says “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits." TD Jakes is not a heretic, and I strongly challenge all to watch the Elephant Room 2.

  • It makes me sad to see the responses of people's hearts in regard to the Elephant Room and the men who are there. As a body of believers, we are supposed to come together and talk about the things that need to be talked about instead of hiding behind blogs and messages. I hear all this criticism about Pastor James. Have any of you ever set foot in his church? I thank the Lord for his trasnparency and his obedience when God calls him to do the hard things....

  • Uh, pastor James, is Benny Hinn your brother also? How about Todd Bentley? Or this is just a matter of your personal preferences?

  • Acting like "men"? "Brothers" Really?

James...you keep using these words. I don't think they mean what you think they mean.

    Real men preach THE Gospel.

James MacDonald you reveal your utter ignorance when you speak of "love" being wholly detached from the cross of Christ and the True Gospel.

The Elephant Room is filled with cowardly, self-congratulating male-life-forms, knowing nothing of the manhood Paul teaches about.

    Repent before it's too late.

  • Anyone who knowingly rejects the historical trinitarian doctrine that has been taught and defended by the church is not a Christian. I have no right to call that person a "brother."

  • Unfortunately, you did not show 'brotherly love' toward your brother in Christ, Chris Roseborough!

  • So does Harvest show the world that they are truly disciples by loving one another? By forbidding brothers into the Elephant Room 2, like Chris Rosenbrough? They kicked him out after he bought a ticket and paid to travel to the event. Such hypocrisy. Was kicking Chris out showing the world that we love one another? Or only loving those we agree with. Where is Mercy, Forgiveness, compassion. Or is James Mcdonald just another preacher who says one thing from the pulpit and not in practice?

  • The Body of Christ has no place for modalistic heretics.

  • You and anyone else meeting secretly against T.D. Jakes need to apologize to T.D. Jakes!
