From what I understand, it's about two books "Sarah" and "The Heart is Deceitful Above All Things" by the (fictional) author JT LeRoy. They're definitely not books for the faint of heart, but basically the character tells the readers that he was kind of forced into living in drag by his VERY abusive mother.
