@MrTBSSLS2 Stock crank, 3.0 front, Cog OD rear with my own mod to quite the cog's down about 60%.

@ArthurJGuy well im planning on getting the tvs1900 for my g8 and with the clearance issues ill need to decide if i want it before they install it. did the noise just become unliveable?

@rtheck You can hear it across a football stadium sized parking lot, and I'm not exaggerating on that one. I listened to a local SSR before putting mine on and decided quickly the noise had to go.

@ArthurJGuy lol have you ever seen the top gear episode with the vauxhall vxr8 bathurst edition review? im guessing the noise is about the same? I think ill do it bc i like the sound and it helps prevent belt slippage i read. if it starts to be a nuisance i can always do your "secret mod" and quiet it, thats if you can tell me without having to kill me?

@rtheck I have not seen that. It's not just a "simple mod" you can do, unless you have access to a machine shop. I can do it for you for a fee, or if you can fit a 14 rib rear drive that won't slip either. I ended up swapping to that.
