The chefs turn green trying to showcase a client's sustainable produce in a meal to impress organic buyers; a German financier engages the chefs to cook authentic cuisine for his Indian in-laws; and a repeat client presents the chefs with a challenge to cook a gourmet dinner without any carbs for her waistline-watching friends.
But they DO have some traditional spicy foods in Germany. I'm half german so I should know

Oooooh, poor Phillip!!! He's trying to introduce an entirely new culture, via cuisine, to some very into-their-own-culture people!!! Indian food IS very spicy and german food (my gramma was German) is notoriously NOT. Talk about culture clash!!! I like both (except the sauerkraut, bitter and sour and BARF!!) but even I prefer the spiciy Indian dishes to liverworst and 'kraut on a plate... (I'm not as rude as bride's people are, tho - I just say I'm not hungry instead of saying it's gross!)
