I have to give props to Annie Duke. She kept her composure and she maintained her integrity. Not to mention both Joan AND Annie Duke are so much alike.  They both made it to the top in a male dominated field, they are both outspoken and both are fiercely competitive. However, Annie Duke has been turned into a villain strictly because she's not well known. And as the old saying goes, if she were a MAN, she’d be made out to be a HERO. What a double standard…

Just because this horrid little person happens to be female doesn't mean that the only reason people have to hate her is because she is female.

Why do people keep using the girls hate on girls thing to try to nullify all the Annie Duke hate? What a load of you know what that is. There are other successful female poker players who don't stir up the dislike and mistrust that Annie yanks out of people. Annie gets hated on because people legitimately dislike her just as they dislike certain male players.

plus Annie Duke is a nobody... seriously... if i own a company, i would pick Joan Rivers the comedian and producer, not a poker champion... this is called business strategy...

thank god DT fired her... she is a conniving bitch... i wont trust her not one bit... she is all about her her her her... plus she wont make a good leader especially she is a micro manager and a dominating leader... ppl who are educated and smart would not work for her... popularity level in general, Joan Rivers can command respect and more followers to be with her...

@Be1smaht she shouldve won because she was the best player and won the most challenges, it was a game not a popularity contest. And she won the game. joan rivers won the popularity contest. In sports you dont say the yankees won over the braves because you dont like the braves, its who ever scores the most runs, got the most outs, and basically who played better. If this was forreal and not on tv, annie wouldve taken it NO contest. Its a t.v show for god sakes.
