A person may keep their job with a personality like singers BUT even she wud realize that with such a personality which she said was unchangeable wud prevent her from rising much further in the ranks, she wud never reach JAG even if she had lived.

I'm not 100% sure, but I know it's from season six. I think it might be The Princess and The Petty Officer.

"Are you sure this is season 7? I thought Sturgis showed up in 2000 or 2001, and this episode was (I thought) 1 year or more before all of the September 11th episodes."
I checked, and it is season 6, the episode was 'Family Secrets'. Thanks for pointing that out.
