@xijnnijx it helps to have commercial and residential demand maxed out by surrounding this city with other cities where industry has already been developed

I have a city with a population in excess of 2.65 Million inhabitants, but there was no way I could do that in 15 minutes. I doubt any comparability between the two feats.
I strongly encourage you to upload a video of your city though.

@QuestionAll1 Yes I have, I downloaded new layouts for the hospital, police and firestatioons so they would fit better. The 2 blue buildings in the middle are the police station and the hospital. I've also placed some schools and universities around the city.
