@JejeLynn why would you want to be taller? height doesn't matter for women to be honest. 5'4 is the average height of women in America anyway, so you're not short. For men it's hell being short, and like 20 times as hard to find a girl.

nice tutorial! i'm female 23 yrs (just turned up 3 months ago) is it possible for me to gain an inch or 2 inches by doing these exercises?? i really really want to increase my height! an inch is so fine i just want to gain at least 1cm. my current height is 5'3" (161 cm)
