WHO SAID burrito is part of the Mexican culture, that its not true, mexicans dont eat burrito thats an invention that was made here from taco bell wthic is not mexican, in mexico people eat tacos with corn tortillas none of this trashy white flour product flour tortilla. The tradion and the stapel has always been the corn tortillas, why do you think the term HIJOS DELL MAIZ comes in.
Im not arguing, its just that i find halarious how a white guy is showing thousands of people how to fold a tortilla. The real right way to do it is how i explained. i know cuz its part of my culture. i am mexican american, and i understand that everyone has their perefered ways, but the traditonal way tastes much better, and it is easier to fold without the tortilla ripping on the corners. to each his own
@bigwillchill Hey, you have yours, I have mine, and everyone else have their ways. I'm tired of this now. I'm not trying to be rude, but its just too small to argue about.
@ChicagoTyme2 your suppose to warm up the tortilla on the fire or skillet before you roll it, then if you want it a little chruchy then you put it back on the skillet. never put them in the microwave because it makes the tortilla soggy then when it cools down it gets as hard as a rock....
@bigwillchill When I do mine, once it's folded I mean, I place it back on the skillet and turn it until both sides are golden. And some people rather put theirs in the microwave to warm it the whole thing up after its folded.
