I'm using these too, the sensitivity starting hurting me after a couple uses and I've noticed a lot of changes, I a;so saw one of your previous videos and compared to that your teeth are very white they look very good

good review! But I'm confused on like when you brush your teeth, it says on the box you can't right before you apply the strips ...so can you brush them right after?

@heyitscomplex When I'm using the strips, I use sensodyne since it helps with the sensitivity. The pinching is normal.
