Many packaging products can be made from the waste products of sugar cane farming. This can be then turned into trays or bags which can then be composted. The product is completely natural and therefore suitable for home and industrial composting. Sugar cane is renewable and two or three crops per year are possible. There is particularly large demand coming from UK retailers. Peter van Rosmalen of Roots Biopack Europe explains.

  • I do not think that it is possible in only ten days and if so it will take an industrial composter!!

  • How can we compost sugar cane plates in less than 10 days if possible got any ideas
