    Just because you support the franchise doesn't mean you have to completely support everything that comes of it. The same reason you don't have to buy Re:Coded to support Kingdom Hearts, you can say something from it was sub-par. The animation in the movies isn't the best;it can be said.

    yes it did, no one is going to watch some shitty animated anime from the 90's (calling it shitty because it totally is compared to the manga) . these movies are not only for the old fans, but the possible new ones

    Agreed. Sadly i can't support the movies by going to cinema as they're not showing anywhere near me. Dunno if they're even showing them outside of Japan/USA.

    But i'm picking up Blu ray trilogy box set as soon as they release it. Dunno and don't care about the minor story arcs they left out the movies are amazing and made with balls. Beautiful and well made, yet brutal, obscene and offensive. This needs to be supported.

    I'm also picking up manga in the future, the movies made me a fan.
