Who can resist seeing a bird in flight? Something in our hearts gives us wings to see such a beautiful sight. This is also how I feel everytime I hear the Waltz from Rachmaninoff's Second Suite for 2 Pianos, especially when recorded by Martha Argerich and almost any other pianist she collaborates with. In this recording, the second pianist is Nelson Freire. The weightless and lightning-quick keystrokes of these two great pianists match the flitting beat of a bird's wing. I wanted to put such descript tone painting to moving picture so badly. Now, thanks to the generosity and savviness of my brother, who installed MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 14 for me, and the accessability to moving footage from Getty Images, this lofty dream came true! I hope you all enjoy this amateur Fantasia project of mine.
